Beth McLellan, MD

Dr. Beth McLellan is board certified in Dermatology. She graduated with honors from Northwestern University and attended medical school at Wayne State University where she graduated with Alpha Omega Alpha honors.  She completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Loyola University Health System where she spent a significant amount of time on the Hematology and Oncology services.  She then completed her Dermatology residency at Henry Ford Health System in Detroit, MI.  While there, she received a Women's Dermatologic Society Mentorship Award, was nominated for the hospital-wide Oustanding Resident Award, and served as Chief Resident during her last year.  Also during her residency, Dr. McLellan started a Supportive Oncodermatology Clinic focused on the treatment of skin disease in cancer patients.  She has received additional training in Oncodermatology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and at the Institut Gustave Roussy in Paris.
 

Dr. McLellan is committed to the treatment of diseases of the skin, hair, and nails in cancer patients.  Her hope is to improve patients' quality of life and prevent any interruptions in their cancer treatment due to cutaneous side effects.  Her other clinical interests include inpatient and medical Dermatology.
